Through 3 Quarters
The UTSA Roadrunners are on the board, but we're still waiting on the Middle Tenn. Blue Raiders to respond. Three quarters in and UTSA's offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating Middle Tenn. 17 to nothing three quarters in. A victory for the Blue Raiders would counteract both their recent defeat and UTSA's recent win.

What to Know
Considering their sizeable disadvantage in the spread, the Middle Tenn. Blue Raiders can expect to have a real challenge on their hands Saturday. The Blue Raiders and the UTSA Roadrunners will face off in a Conference USA battle at 6 p.m. ET at Alamodome. UTSA should still be riding high after a victory, while Middle Tenn. will be looking to get back in the win column.
Middle Tenn. has to be hurting after a devastating 35-14 defeat at the hands of the Virginia Tech Hokies last week. Middle Tenn. was down 28-7 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from. One thing holding Middle Tenn. back was the mediocre play of QB Bailey Hockman, who did not have his best game: despite one touchdown, he threw one interception.
Meanwhile, the Roadrunners got themselves on the board against the Lamar Cardinals last week, but Lamar never followed suit. UTSA really took it to Lamar for a full four quarters, racking up a 54 to nothing win at home. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34 to nothing.
Middle Tenn. was close but no cigar when the two teams previously met in September of last year as they fell 37-35 to UTSA. Can the Blue Raiders avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll soon find out.
