FRAMINGHAM – The Fuller Decommission Committee will sell memorial bricks to be installed outside the new Fuller Middle School on Flagg Drive, with proceeds going to the school’s PTO.
The new school is scheduled to open to students on September 1.
Framingham Public Schools Executive Director of Finance and Operations Lincoln Lynch IV said the “Fuller School Building Committee has approved the construction plans for the installation” of the brick area outside the school.
In “partnership with a group of volunteer South High graduates led by Noval Alexander, John O’Brien, and Diane Birstein, the District has minimally assisted with the initiative of commemorative bricks at the new Fuller Middle School. The Fuller PTO will offer the purchase of memorial bricks and coordinate the purchase of individual bricks. The PTO will then supply the memorial bricks to our Buildings and Grounds department to be installed one at a time and will replace the temporary plain bricks that are to be supplied and installed by the Fuller Building project,” explained Lynch in a memo to the School Committee.
Bricks are not on sale yet.
