Police respond to ‘active investigation’ near middle school in Randolph - Boston 25 News

RANDOLPH, Mass. — Early Tuesday morning, police are responding to an active investigation near Randolph Community Middle School on High Street.

The Randolph Police Department confirms that the middle school was told to go into lockdown.

The Massachusetts State Police confirmed to Boston 25 that Randolph police requested assistance with a perimeter in the area of Chestnut West near High St. so they can continue to search for several males who fled from the area after multiple shots were reportedly fired.

It is still unknown at this time if there are any reported injuries from this incident.
