10:55 A.M. UPDATE:
BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- NYSEG has shut off gas and electric services to Front Street as crews work to put out the fire at 74 Front St.
According to the NYSEG Outage Map, 236 customers are without power.
NYSEG estimates that the power will be restored at 12:15 p.m.
The Binghamton City School District says NYSEG did not shut off services to the high school.

10:28 A.M. UPDATE
BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- A spokesperson for Binghamton University says staff from the athletics department, the Dean of Students Office, and the University CARE team are working with the students affected by the fire.
Binghamton Fire Chief Daniel Eggleston confirmed with 12 News that 15 people who lived in the house, all who are members of the university's lacrosse team, are accounted for.
Eggleston says the left side of the house was fully involved in the fire when crews arrived to the scene.

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- According to bystanders, the building is used by players of the Binghamton University men's lacrosse team.
Players told 12 News that everyone got out of the house okay.
A section of Front Street has been closed off as crews work on putting out the fire.

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- Emergency crews are responding to a fire at 74 Front St. in Binghamton Tuesday morning, according to dispatchers.
