CMS principal Tom Healy has been awarded “Outstanding Middle School Principal” by the Connecticut PTA.
Join the CMS PTA in congratulating Healy on this well-deserved accolade.
According to CT PTA, Healy has tirelessly, enthusiastically, patiently and empathetically ushered students, teachers, staff, and parents throughout these uncertain times in the most respectful, considerate and confident manner.
Healy has been a beacon of support and guidance to the CMS community every year but especially this year more than ever.
The PTA thanks all the teachers, students, colleagues, parents, alumni and friends that provided letters, emails, survey submissions and videos in support of Healy.
There was such a tremendous outpouring of love.
The CT PTA will hold a virtual ceremony 7:00pm Wednesday, May 5 to celebrate the announcement.
“We are thrilled that Tom has been recognized in this manner and thank him for his dedication to CMS,” the PTA said in a release.
