DENVER — On Monday (our first day of winter) expect partly cloudy skies and warmer than average temperatures. Highs across the Denver metro-area will climb to the 50s.
Winds will be calmer today over the mountains and foothills. Snow showers will be possible over higher elevations through mid-day over our northern mountains.
Skies stay partly cloudy in Denver overnight, with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
Temperatures will top out in the upper 50s on Tuesday, ahead of our next front, set to bring colder weather and some light snow Tuesday night into Wednesday.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day should be dry and cool, with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.
