NORWALK — Nathan Hale Middle School will transition to fully virtual learning this week, officials say.
In a post on Facebook Sunday afternoon, Norwalk Public Schools said the decision came as a result of a recently confirmed case of COVID-19, requiring additional staff members to quarantine.
“Nathan Hale Middle School will transition to full remote learning for November 23, 24, and 25,” officials said. Nowalk schools have Thursday and Friday off for Thanksgiving break.
Starting Monday, officials said, Nathan Hale Middle School students students should log into their Google classrooms according to their regular schedule. The school had to host classes virtually last week after a different person in the community tested positive for coronavirus.
“Hybrid learning will resume at Nathan Hale on Monday, November 30,” they said.
