WSIL -- Some positive news this morning as the humidity is not QUITE as high as it was on Tuesday. The lower humidity has allowed temperatures to dip back into the low to mid 60s early this morning.
Sunshine is likely throughout much of the day as the big cold front draped across the Midwest and Plains will remain stalled north of our region. Temperatures this afternoon will likely peak in the upper 80s with the heat index running in the lower 90s.
While this week's cold front was a BIG bust, meteorologist Nick Hausen is tracking a slight cool down by the end of the weekend. Join Evie, Dave, and Nick on News 3 This Morning for the latest news and weather! We've got you covered!
