Front brings chance for t-storms, humidity drop overnight - KTRK-TV

worldinmiddleeast.blogspot.com
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A front is blowing toward southeast Texas after Houston tied the record high of 97-degrees Tuesday afternoon. Scattered thunderstorms will develop along the front overnight, and there's a small chance an isolated thunderstorm could produce severe wind gusts up to 60 mph.
By sunrise, some communities north of Houston could dip into the upper 60s as the drier air blows in. You'll notice major humidity relief throughout the day Wednesday, but the temperatures will still climb toward the mid 90s in the afternoon. More of us will enjoy temperatures in the 60s Thursday and Friday mornings, but all that June sunshine and dry air will still push highs well into the 90s.

The lower humidity will stick around through the weekend with abundant sunshine both Saturday and Sunday. You'll really notice the humidity is back by Tuesday of next week as lows only dip into the mid 70s while highs continue to climb into the mid 90s.
