Winter Weather Advisory no longer in effect for Middle Tennessee - NewsChannel5.com

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Winter Weather Advisory has expired for much of the area, including Middle Tennessee.

Many spots are still dealing with high water in creeks and rivers after Wednesday night's storms. Some locations saw around 2-4 " of rainfall. Another impulse moved through Thursday night, sparking a few showers. As temperatures fell, this transitioned to snow.

This transition started later between 7-9 p.m. for areas northwest of Nashville. Snow continued into the morning hours Friday and could impact your morning drive along the Cumberland Plateau.
