U.S. first lady Melania Trump arrived Saturday in Cairo, Egypt, the 4th stop on her Goodwill Africa Tour. In Cairo, she was greeted at an arrival ceremony by President Abdel Fattah al-Sissi and his wife, Entissar Mohameed Amer. Mrs. Trump later visited the pyramids and the Great Sphinx.
