US-backed Raqqa Civil Council Prepares to Rebuild Syrian City After IS

While the grueling battle to remove Islamic State fighters from Raqqa, the terror group's de facto capital, is over now, much of the Syrian city has been reduced to rubble. The city's Civil Council has established a committee to evaluate the damage and prepare a reconstruction plan. VOA's Mahmoud Bali reports.
