A man on Monday jumped in front of moving vehicles multiple times in the 2100 block of Main Street. He also picked up a rock and threatened responding officers with it. He was taken into custody and placed on a mental health hold.
Officers on Monday responded to the 300 block of East 21st Avenue for a public indecency issue involving a man and a juvenile girl.
An officer on Monday took a report of a 12-year-old who ran away from the 600 block of Peck Drive.
