According to an arrest report in Davidson County, Richard Steven Braden, 31, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of tampering with evidence, one count of vandalism over $1,000, two counts of evading arrest, and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
