The pandemic has caused many changes in our daily lives. People are spending more time at home. You grab a cup of coffee -- at home. You get a pizza delivered -- at home. You check your laptop -- at home. During a lock down, just about everything is done at home.

“We lost 90% of our business when the pandemic hit,” Anne says. “But we waited it out. Once people were more educated, the phones started ringing again. Now, we’re back to normal.”

Being home all day means additional strain on systems. The air conditioning system might need additional maintenance.
