Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is set to host the French, German and Russian leaders at a summit Saturday on the Syrian civil war. The inclusion of Europe's top leaders with their deep financial pockets is seen as giving new impetus to efforts to end the conflict. But already all sides are warning against any breakthrough.
